Remnants from old drivers can wreek havoc if not wiped. Com Adrenalin drivers, u need to get those but also get Amd Cleanup Utility and first run it from windows safe mode. Some models xneed to use those but i dont think yours is one, from graphics point of view. If u just got laptop, it may have loaded custom graphics drivers from laptop manufacturer. I think the 6800u igpu (680m) is supoorted thru all Adrenaline driver updates. If hwinfo cant read it then it isnt allowed via drivers. The 680m shows up in itsbown section just like a dedicated gpu would. First make sure the temp isnt shown in the gpu section of Hwinfo64, not the cpu section.
